you can check your answers yourself. You can check your
answers at any time. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on
the "Submit Quiz" button. The Assessment Page will appear so that you can
review the answers to the questions you have completed so far. To return
to the test, click on the "Back"
button on your web browser. Once you have completed the test, click
on the "Submit Quiz" button. The Assessment Page
will appear and you can review your results and receive your score.
To receive your overall percentage, you must answer all
the questions.

D.E.L.F : What
does it means ? Diplôme d'Etude en Langue Française
The DELF is
organised in two levels, each level having its own certificate.
The first level of the DELF certifies that the student has mastered the fundamental skills in French. The holder of such a certificate should be able to communicate in every daily situations.
The second level of the DELF is taken when the student has improved his skills. This level implies a general knowledge of French civilisation and a first approach to specialised French in the subject chosen by the candidate.
Each diploma has a certain number of units that may be passed separately.
The diploma is granted when all the units have been obtained. The
first level of the DELF has 4 units (from A1 to A4). The second level of
the DELF
has only 2 units (A5 and A6). About 100 hours of French studies
is needed to pass one unit.
In each diploma, units can he taken separately. The candidate may present the exam as many times as needed, in any order, and in any testing centre. There is no time limit between the first unit passed and the last one.
A unit successfully passed is valid indefinitely. A certificate will
be awarded for each unit passed with success. Once all the units in a given
diploma have been obtained, the candidate will receive his diploma.
